In the past two weeks, I’ve run/walked 21.33 miles. Last week, I only went out four days, because we were on vacation on Friday. This week, I only went out three days, because I wanted to give my legs a chance to rest before the Gervais 5k. I’m still feeling really great on these 5ks. I’m having a weird situation where my legs hurt more when I walk than when I run. I’m not sure what that is all about. Maybe there is a muscle used during walking that doesn’t like me that much. The pain wasn’t too bad. My biggest pain was just the regular soreness of exercising. It’s the kind of pain that feels pretty good. I’ve decreased my walking down to 2 minutes with still 1 minute of walking. My fastest average mile was 14:07! I was super happy to see that.
Pretty much all of my pictures look this dark. The days are getting shorter. It’s amazing to see this change happen.
