Walked 4.63 Miles – Oaks Bottom
If yesterday felt like May, than today felt like December. So cold! I left the house with my hat and I’m so glad I did. Only about 5 minutes into my walk it started to down pour. It’s kind of funny that walking in the rain has become a novelty this year. It’s been ages since it’s rained during my walks. This storm was making up for lost time. I was completely drenched and freezing cold when I got home.
I wanted to run a bit on the Springwater Corridor which is the whole reason I went to Oaks Bottom today. The trail was extremely empty in the cold weather. I ran about a half to three quarters of a mile. I felt good and it was nice to change it up a bit.
All of the little dots in the water are ducks.
