I jogged for the first time in at least 6 months. I really don’t like it at all; I never have. I especially didn’t want to on a day that I had been at work for a couple extra hours. I was tired, cranky and had a million other things to do. But I did it. I put on my shoes and exercised. This was taken right before I started. I went 2.15 miles and I did have to walk a few blocks along the way. Still, I’m just so pleased that I got out and did it. That is enough for now. And at the end, I was in a much better mood and had the energy to finish my other tasks.
