For Christmas this year, my good friend gave me a subscription to Cooking Light. It’s such a great magazine and I look forward to getting it each month. When it came time to plan the dinner for Mother’s Day and also my birthday, I looked to Cooking Light to plan the menu. My sister and I worked together to pull this great meal off.
Our meal consisted of the following:
For dessert my mom made my very favorite dessert Grasshopper pie. By the end of the meal we were all needing to loosen our pants just a bit.
