Paper flower wreath

OK, I've started to be a bit addicted to researching paper flowers.  There are just so many great ideas on the internet and I love looking at all the pretty creations.  It also helps wrap my head around my project of making paper flowers for my cousin's wedding and keeps me trying to work out the details in my head before I start crafting.  I apologize in advance if I get to be a bit too flower crazy, but seriously how great is this paper flower wreath from Ruffled?  The whole tutorial on how to make this wreath is posted on their site.

Paper bulb favor

I know that I can always count on Martha to have great ideas for anything I'm crafting.  I'm totally in love with these paper dahlia favors.  Each one has a bulb inside for guests to take home.  I'm thinking this would make lovely decorations on the tables and then when the fun is over, people can take them home.  I love when a project can serve two purposes.

  1. These look real. How will you get them all to the wedding? Or are you planning to take the paper and make them there?

  2. I’m still trying to figure that part out! Most of the flowers start out flat, so I’m hoping I can make them here, ship them to Toronto and fluff when I get there. There won’t be enough time to make them right before the wedding.
