Rock Star Karen is a moniker I gave my friend years ago.  My sister and I both have a close friend named Karen, so adding Rock Star helped differentiate between the two.  I chose Rock Star because Karen is all things cool and hip (not to mention smart and hot).  She seemed to embody the rock star life.  Now years later, she is a Rock Star.
