Fused Glass Class #2

Fused Glass Class #2

Posted on May 26, 2005

These are the results my second fused glass class.  I’m much happier with these than the first class.  First, I made them much smaller.  The square pieces are an inch by an inch.  The longer ones are an inch by an inch and a half.  I really think these are the perfect sized pendants.  You can see how I was experimenting with frits (the powdering looking stuff) and the stringers (the glass that looks...

This is my newest knitting project.  My husband fell into the i-pod craze.  He can’t function without his.  He is a bit of a music nerd.  He used to carry a back pack full of CD to listen to where ever he went.  Now with his i-pod, he back is no longer in pain from the weight of music.  I used the pattern out of the Stitch and Bitch book.  I didn’t stripe my cozy like the pattern...

This is the second month that I’ve had my blog.  I think I’m finally ready to put it out into the world and see what happens.  It’s extremely nerve racking for me to put anything I create out for others to view.  So, let me tell you this is a huge step for me.  By contacting some of the blogs that I visit often, I’m hoping to slowly enter the wonderful craft community that is blooming. ...
